The Mana Spirit

The Mana Spirit show this morning was amazing. The teachers name was Bernard and he is a very talented man. He was very proud of what he has learnt from different cultures around the world. Bernard loves to dance and he showed us an American Indian, Maori, Hawaiian, Samoan and Hip-Hop dance. I enjoyed watching him doing the Samoan dance. It was the best show ever.

maths reflection

What I have learnt this week comes from my maths time. I learnt about multiplication and miners for example
9x7=49
10x7=70-30=49
How did I work out the answer, I made the 9 to become ten and I put down the 7 so 9x7=49 so this is how I got the answer was to make the nine to be the ten and then 10x7=70 then 70-30=49 . Wow it is like magic.

I learnt to use my 10 times table to solve other problems.
